Privacy notice — James Toye Personal AI

Purpose and access
This personal integration is operated by James Toye for his own connected accounts. It accesses Google email and calendar data to retrieve information, support personal organisation, prepare meeting context and perform actions requested by the owner. Permissions depend on the connected account: reading email and calendars, creating drafts, sending email and updating owned calendar events where authorised. The personal Gmail connection and imported Outlook calendar are read-only.
Processing and storage
The integration runs on the owner's Mac. OAuth credentials are stored locally in restricted files outside the shared iCloud knowledge folder. Retrieved information may appear in local assistant conversations and task outputs. The assistant can use local and external AI services; external processing of Google data requires the owner's task authorisation and must follow configured privacy rules. Connecting an account alone does not authorise external AI processing. Outputs deliberately saved by the owner may be stored in the owner's chosen storage services.
Use and control
Google account data is used for the owner's requested assistant functions, not advertising or sale. Access can be revoked in the connected Google Account's third-party access settings. Revocation stops future API access but does not delete existing local conversations or exported files; these must be removed from their respective storage locations. No fixed automatic retention period is configured for local conversations. The owner controls retention and deletion of stored outputs and credentials.
